If it is for 2 sausages, a large rib of beef, John can certainly provide you with the best quality around. Around Easter time I visited John for a rib of beef. I left with pork... apparently the beef had only been knocked over that week and was not ready! He sold me a cheaper cut than I could have had as he is as concerned about the quality of your Sunday lunch as you are.
